This completed residential development has transformed the site of a former single bungalow into five high-quality four-bedroom homes, delivered within a 14-month programme, on time and on budget.

Appointed as Principal Contractor, our role focused on managing the full construction process and coordinating all trades to deliver a high-end finish and a consistently strong level of service for the client. Working closely with the wider project team, we ensured the build progressed efficiently while maintaining programme certainty and cost control.

The project involved several complex challenges, including working within strict tree root protection zones at the site entrance and installing piled foundations in close proximity to neighbouring properties. These constraints were carefully managed to minimise disruption and maintain build quality throughout.

Day-to-day site operations were led by James Brooks as Project Manager, coordinating all parties, trades and stakeholders, including neighbouring residents. His professional and considerate approach helped maintain positive local relationships and contributed to the project receiving a five-star Google review, reflecting our commitment to high standards, minimal disruption and care for the surrounding area.
