This comprehensive renovation project saw the transformation of a traditional residential property into a spacious, modern family home.

We constructed a rear extension to create a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Large glazed doors open directly onto the garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection.

A loft conversion added valuable living space upstairs, including an additional bedroom and bathroom. Further bathrooms throughout the property were also upgraded with contemporary fittings and a clean, considered design tailored to the homeowners’ taste.

To complete the project, we carried out exterior landscaping works, reconfiguring the garden layout to complement the new extension. This included new paving, planting and lawn areas, creating a functional and attractive outdoor space.
