This project involved a rear extension, full house refurbishment and garage renovation, designed to improve the flow, space and practicality of the family home.

The rear extension creates a bright, open plan living area overlooking the garden, giving the homeowners a more connected and spacious environment for everyday living. Large openings to the garden bring in natural light and help link the interior spaces with the outdoor area. A cantilevered steel beam was used within the structure to remove the need for a corner post, allowing for a seamless glass corner and uninterrupted views out to the garden.

Alongside the extension, the property has undergone a full internal refurbishment to modernise the layout and finishes throughout. The updated interior provides a more functional arrangement while maintaining a cohesive design across the home.

The existing garage has also been reimagined and converted into a versatile space that now provides a home office, sauna and bathroom. This additional area offers year round flexibility, creating a dedicated space for both work and relaxation while adding further practicality to the property.
