This full renovation project transformed a characterful Cotswold stone property, blending timeless features with modern functionality to create a home perfectly suited to contemporary living.

A major element of the works involved creating a spacious open-plan kitchen, enhancing flow and connectivity throughout the ground floor. To achieve this, two tonnes of structural steel and 15 beams were installed to support a series of new openings. It was a complex but rewarding structural challenge that delivered a light, open layout.

The living area was thoughtfully renovated, with a large stone fireplace taking centre stage and exposed timber beams overhead, adding warmth and authenticity to the space. A conservatory-style extension was also reimagined as a dedicated bar area, offering an ideal setting for entertaining while bringing in garden views and natural light.

Upstairs, the master bedroom was fully updated to include a sleek new ensuite and a dedicated office space created, designed with comfort and practicality in mind.

Externally, the grounds were completely landscaped to complement the traditional stonework of the house, creating a harmonious connection between the property and its surroundings.

We constructed a rear extension to create a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Large glazed doors open directly onto the garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection.

B&P was appointed as main contractor for this new build apartment development. The development comprises of three detached buildings and houses 16 luxury energy efficient apartments.

This project involved the meticulous renovation of a Grade II listed building on London Road, Charlton Kings, originally constructed in 1890. Our team was tasked with a sensitive yet transformative restoration, aimed at reviving the building’s original Georgian features while adapting it for contemporary living. The focus was on creating a Georgian townhouse that both honours its historical roots and meets modern expectations of comfort and style.

Throughout the renovation process, great care was taken to preserve the integrity of the building’s architectural heritage. Original elements such as mouldings, fireplaces, and window frames were carefully restored to their former glory. Originally a storage barn, the steel frame was our starting point.  By underpinning the steel columns and constructing a retaining boundary wall running the length of the property we were able to commence work and give the barn a new lease on life.

Today coming out of the ground, is a modern and dynamic 5,300ft barn development.  Using reclaimed Cotswold Stone from site for gable ends and Larch Cladding to accompany this striking finish.

B&P have completed Phase II of this project, the hard landscaping of the grounds with bespoke details such as outdoor Cotswold Stone seating and terrace areas with outdoor cooking and family areas.

The B&P team enjoyed working on this exclusive development of three Eco Houses just outside of Cheltenham. Brooks & Pointon were appointed by a private property developer, who had a vision of creating a luxury apartment block upon this challenging site.  This vision was brought to reality by the dedicated B&P team. All 8 apartments within the four-story development, feature large glass frontages, allowing superb views of the surrounding Malvern Hills.

Brooks and Pointon undertook the renovation and conversion of an old, out-dated and cramped NHS building into a block of high-end luxury apartments.

The B&P team delivered this project with the re-structuring of the interior creating modern, open plan living and complete renovation of the exterior. The B&P team also completed the landscaping of the grounds to finish off the transformation and finalise the client’s vision.

Constructed from reclaimed materials and replacing a disused garage. This annexe includes a kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and courtyard garden.

Alongside the Country Cottage extension and refurbishment B&P have also constructed this new-build annexe. Featuring bedroom, kitchen, bathroom , office, storage and garaging. This completely individual building is constructed from local stone, with a mono pitch Zinc roof and cedar cladding.

Brooks & Pointon purchased this property at auction. Unfortunately, the house was in a state of disrepair and in need of a complete renovation to transform it from an eye-sore into an eye-catching home.

The project included electrical rewiring throughout, including CAT6 internet to every room. In addition, we installed a new boiler and central heating. Three new bathrooms were created, including a new en suite to the master bedroom and the attic converted into a loft bedroom. The house benefited from upgraded insulation to enhance energy efficiency and new double glazing doors and windows. Finally, the garden landscaping gives the new occupants nice entertainment areas and finishes off the renovation.

From the smallest detail to the more extensive design features, we completed the finish throughout the home to a very high specification.

B&P were appointed to add a two storey extension to this detached family home, creating open plan living, additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The property has also undergone a complete internal refurbishment. The garden has been completely transformed by levelling of the grassed areas, alongside the addition of an infill perimeter fence and new patio area.

This building was previously a Telephone Exchange.  The Brooks and Pointon Team were delighted to convert it and bring it back to life.

Seven luxury flats were created within the building, while the outside space was renovated to allow for car parking and garden areas.
